PRACTICE SCHEDULE

Many people speedskate just for fun and exercise. Newcomers are encouraged to join us on Monday or Wednesday nights. Tuesday practices are focused on high performance techniques for the elite skater. Look below for our practice times and and locations.  Hope to see you on the ice soon!

EVENTS & COMPETITIONS

We are members of US Speedskating, and meets are open to all competitors. There are a couple of meets per year in the Richmond area, several one day meets every year in the DC area or several other meetings in the Eastern and Midwestern United States. We will update our schedule for 2010-2011 shortly.
